By creating a BeyondPDF account you agree to the terms below. We have tried to keep them as short and as plain as we can.
1. The service
BeyondPDF turns each row of an Excel or CSV file into one PDF document, following a template you build. We also provide a number of supporting PDF tools, developed step by step.
2. Accounts
- One person or one business, one account. Your password is your responsibility.
- You must give a correct, working email address — payment verifications and subscription-expiry notices are sent there.
- We may suspend an account used in breach of section 4, with notice where possible.

- Daily quota does not roll over. The allowance resets at 00:00 in your account's time zone; what is left today does not carry into tomorrow.
- “No daily cap” does not mean no technical limits. Pro Plus is still bounded to 2,000 rows per batch and 5 batches running at once — these limits keep the service responsive for everyone. Use far outside what is reasonable, or use that is plainly automated and unrelated to human work, may be limited after notice.
- Files are deleted automatically once your plan's retention period ends. Download your results before then; deleted files cannot be recovered.
4. What you must not do
- Upload data you have no right to process.
- Produce documents that break the law, forge identities or official records, or deceive others.
- Upload files containing malicious code, or attempt to break out of your account's boundaries and reach another user's data.
- Resell access to your account to a third party without our agreement.
- Load the system in a way that disrupts other users.
5. Ownership
The files you upload and the documents produced from them are yours. We claim no rights over them and do not use them for any other purpose, including training any model. The software, the interface and the BeyondPDF name remain ours.
6. Payment
- Prices are in Rupiah. Payment is by bank transfer (with proof uploaded) or through a payment provider where available.
- There is no automatic renewal. We do not store your card details and will not charge you without you asking. We send a reminder before a subscription ends.
- Renewing while a subscription is still active adds time rather than replacing it.
- When a subscription ends the account drops to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted because of that, but file retention follows whichever plan applies at the time.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. The service is provided as is.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for loss arising from use of the service is capped at the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for files lost because they were not downloaded before the retention period ended — that period is stated in advance on this page and on the batch page.
9. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time from the Profile page. Closing does not cancel a subscription already paid for and does not itself produce a refund, except as set out in the Refund Policy. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is kept.
10. Changes to these terms
Meaningful changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may close your account and request a refund for the unused remainder of your subscription.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are to be settled by discussion first.
