The Free plan exists so you can try BeyondPDF without paying anything. If you have paid and the service turns out not to suit you, the policy below explains when you get your money back.
1. Seven-day guarantee
You are entitled to a full refund when both of these hold:
- the request is made within 7 calendar days of your payment being verified; and
- you have not run a single batch on that paid plan.
The second condition is not an administrative trap: once a batch has run we have already spent the processing cost and you have already received the resulting documents. Template previews do not count as a batch.
2. When the service fails on our side
Beyond the 7-day window you are still entitled to a refund, or to an extension of your subscription worth the disruption, when:
- the service is unreachable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault;
- a feature promised on your plan does not work and we do not fix it within a reasonable time after it is reported; or
- you have been charged twice for the same period.
In these cases we offer you the choice: a pro-rata refund of the remaining subscription, or an extension of it. The choice is yours.
3. What is not refunded
- Subscription time already elapsed and already used to process documents.
- Closing your account of your own accord outside the 7-day window.
- Account suspension for breaching section 4 of the Terms & Conditions.
- Mismatches that could be known before paying — upload size limits, retention periods, rows per batch — all of which are written on the pricing page and can be tried on the Free plan.
- Overpayment arising from the unique code. The unique code is part of the amount and is under Rp 10,000; we treat it as part of the price.
4. How to request one
- Email us from the address registered on your account.
- Include the invoice number (format INV-YYYYMM-NNNNN, shown on the Invoices page).
- Tell us why — this helps us improve the service, and is never used to turn down a request that qualifies.
5. Processing time
- We reply within 3 working days.
- Funds are returned to the account the transfer came from within 14 working days of approval. For payments made through a payment provider, their own timing applies.
- Interbank transfer fees, where they apply, are ours to pay for refunds caused by our mistake, and yours for cancellations of your own accord.
6. After a refund
The paid subscription stops and the account returns to the Free plan. Files still inside their retention window stay downloadable until the Free plan's retention (1 day) applies to them — download what you need first.
