Your paper form, with nothing to redesign
Upload the PDF you already use — a scan, a Word export, any institutional form — then place input boxes exactly where they belong. What comes out is the same PDF, only filled in. There is no layout for you to rebuild, and no recipient who has to learn a new shape.

Straight about the limits: some recently published PDFs use a structure we cannot read yet. When that happens the rejection appears at upload — not after you have mapped three hundred rows.

Questions
What people usually ask before signing up
Do I need to install anything on the office computer?
No. Everything runs in the browser — including the form-filling page, which recipients open on an ordinary phone. There is nothing to install on either side.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. A free account works straight away, and document previews do not count against your daily allowance — so you can confirm the output is right before spending any quota at all.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so no charge ever appears without you asking for it. Verification pages for documents you have already issued stay live and free forever — the QR codes you printed will not go dead.
Is my employee and participant data safe?
Source files and results have a retention period, then are deleted automatically. No file is reachable through a guessable URL, and no account can see another account's files. You can also export or delete your entire account data yourself, at any time.
What about scanned PDFs?
For PDF → Excel extraction, documents with no text layer are rejected automatically before any cost is incurred — we would rather refuse plainly than hand back a table of guesses. For forms, scanned PDFs work perfectly well, because only the image is used as a background.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Manual bank transfer with proof upload, QRIS, virtual accounts, and e-wallets are all available — as are credit cards through Stripe for those paying from abroad.
